X- Fit stands for Xcel Fitness…. a NEW Fitness and Sports Training Facility that uses a variety of techniques, exercises and methods with a goal of improving overall performance in sports and personal health of our clients. It takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of each training method, while at the same time attempting to negate the shortcomings of particular methods by combining them with other methods that address those weaknesses.
Cross-training in sports and fitness refers to the combining of exercises to work various parts of the body. Often one particular activity works certain muscle groups, but not others; cross-training aims to eliminate this. From Boot Camps to CrossFit, Combines to Speed and Agility Training, Beachbody’s P90X to Insanity… We use a variety of techniques to make things fun, functional and effective! Teaching functional fitness and healthy habits to all ages in a safe and fun environment and… We Get RESULTS!

Refunds for annual membership subscribers: Anyone subscribing to an annual or bi-annual package will have their credit cards charged the full amount for the service when they sign up.
Should cancellation be requested within 30 days of the sign up date, your credit card will be refunded 100% of the annual or bi-annual fee charged for the subscription package.
Should cancellation be requested after day 30 of signing up no refunds will be issued on payments made.
